A deposit of 25% must be made at the time of booking which is non-refundable. The balance is due two calendar months before the date of hiring.
Details and all requirements must be agreed at least one week before the wedding or special occasion between all parties.
The hirer accepts the responsibility for the behaviour of all passengers and guests. Any damage incurred to the vehicle through neglect or bad behaviour will be charged to the hirer.
Passengers must wear seat belts where provided.
The hirer will be contacted seven days before the wedding or special occasion to finalise times and transport arrangements.
Hallmark Wedding Cars & Speeches operate a
"NO SMOKING" policy within the confines of the cars.
